Get clarity, guidance, and real options for your loved one’s future housing from experts who have spent decades inside both the education system and real estate.

We Know the Question That Keeps You Up at Night

What happens to my child when I can't be there anymore?

If you are the parent or guardian of someone with a disability, you know that question well.

You may have been carrying it for years.

You love your child deeply. You have fought hard for them. You have shown up for every meeting, every appointment, every hard conversation.

And still — the future feels uncertain.

Safe, stable housing is one of the hardest pieces to figure out. There are not enough good options. Waiting lists are long. It is hard to know who to trust.

Randy and Jana Hubbs built their work around this exact problem.

Because families like yours deserve real answers.

Jana Hubbs

Co-Founder, Legacy Investors

Jana is not just an educator. She spent over 35 years working directly with students with disabilities and the families who support them.

She started in the classroom, teaching special education and working closely with parents. Later, she became a Director of Special Education, overseeing programs, teams, and systems at a district level.

She understands how these systems work—and where they fall short.

Today, Jana helps families navigate those gaps, ask better questions, and plan for their loved one’s future with more clarity and confidence.

Randy Hubbs

Co-Founder, Legacy Investors

Randy is not just a real estate investor. He is also an experienced educator who knows how to break complex ideas down into clear, practical steps.

He spent 36 years in education—teaching at both the high school and college level—before focusing fully on real estate investing and mentoring.

He and Jana built their portfolio together and have spent years refining a housing model that works in the real world.

Today, Randy helps families and investors understand how to create safe, stable housing options that are both sustainable and impactful.

You don’t need to have all the answers today—but you do deserve a clear path forward.

What We're Building for Families

Jana's first job out of college was teaching life skills at the high school level. She watched students thrive in structured, supportive environments. But something kept bothering her.

When these young adults graduated, most had no clear housing plan waiting for them. They went home — often indefinitely. The structure disappeared. The support faded. And the waiting lists for supported housing stretched years into the future.

That was when Jana — and later Randy — realized this was not just a family problem. It was a system gap. And it was not being talked about.

So they set out to do something about it.

In 2018, after years of investing in real estate and watching the housing shortage grow, Randy and Jana began applying their combined knowledge directly to this problem. They tested their model in their own portfolio. They refined it. And when it worked, they built a course and community to share it with others.

Their approach is simple: train the right investors to create the right housing. More options. Better options. Options that families can actually count on.

How This Helps You and Your Loved One

You may be wondering: what does any of this mean for my family?

Here is what Randy and Jana's work makes possible for parents and guardians:

  • More quality housing options in communities across the country

  • The right questions to ask before placing your loved one anywhere
  • A community of advocates actively working to close the housing gap

And for families who want to take a more active role — whether that means leasing a property, purchasing a home for your loved one, or simply understanding your options — our online course is designed specifically for parents and guardians like you.
